Stubborn has pretty much answered your question by flexing your pc muscle. I would just add by doing the pc blaster at least 3 to 4 times a week you will start shooting. Also, do them hard.

I think that how far ya shoot depends on a couple of things. How excited ya are and what kind of health ya penis is in. On my best days when im having sex with my girl doggy style, I shot all the way past her back and to the back of her head. If I am on top of her I will hit her in the face often. On my worst days I will shoot to her tits and upper stomach. It is kind of hilarious when a few drops hit her in the neck or face though. She busts out laughing.
