View Full Version : This is my last hope (plus surgery questions)
Hey all, I'm a newbie to the site but not to PE. I'm sure I'm not alone when I tell you all that I've tried everything short of surgery. Pumps, weights, stretching devices, and lots of manual stretching. I was actually online looking for a doctor to get laser phalloplasty. I figure it's worth the $6,000. Then I ran into this site. The stories and techniques here are inspiring and it's good to feel like I'm not alone in my desire for a bigger penis. I consider myself lucky enough to have about 6.5" in length, but my goal is 8" and then who knows? From what I've read on this site, I think the only thing I've really been lacking (besides hot wraps) is a consistent program. My question to you all is, I feel as though I'm very resistant to enlargement. I've tried many many things over the years but never for more than 3 months consistently. Do you think this is going to effect my results when I start a consistent plan? I'm going to give this 6 months of dedicated stretching and following this site. If not, I think surgery is my only answer. To that end, has anyone here tried surgery and if so, what were the results? Wouldn't surgery combined with manual PE be the most effective? Please advise and thanks for all the techniques here, I hope to preform them properly and get results.

At 6.5" you really should not be considering surgery. That is above average, with average being about 5.1". Surgery has way too many complications.

I would not even consider surgery.
Even though I am no expert, there seem to be many things they don't tell you.
i) The gains by cutting the ligs are noticeable flaccid but don't lengthen the erect anywhere near the same.
ii) You are lucky if your hard on rises to 90º. Most stay pointing downward.
iii) You are required to use weights for approx. a year after surgery to ensure the ligs don't retract.
iv) Erections in the months after surgery are painful and sex is definitely out of the question.
These are some points that seem to be common IN EVERY CASE. I have not mentioned any horror stories or cases gone wrong. If you do find anyone happy with the surgery, pump him for all info, good and bad. If something goes wrong (many doctores have been sued and I heard of one case of manslaughter) there is no going back...but then it's only your penis, right?

Another point about surgery. According to a surgeon I saw interviewed on television, surgery only offers a maximum 25% increase in erect length. Many people on this board, myself included, have achieved that through the techniques decribed here. A 25% increase of 6.5" = 8.125". There is your goal.
Thanks a lot for your opinions & advice. I've put surgery on the back burner mostly because I can't seem to get a straight answer out of anyone (and I found this forum!). Sources that are for it, seem to think it's safe & great. Sources that are against it say that it's dangerous and disfiguring. I don't know who to believe but it's not a risk that I'm willing to take. I think the best part about this forum, aside from great tips, is the moral support that I feel like I'm getting. It's somehow such a relief to be able to talk freely about PE and trade ideas. Thanks again & I'll keep you posted!
