Hello out there,
I ask myself after having read a lot of posts here about jelqing, hanging, extender stretching or manual stretching, where the LENGHT GAINS really come from......
Sure, jelqing supports a much better bloodflow and i will do it only for this reason too...
But my main goal is to gain length and if jelqing doesnt provide it or only for a few individuals, i want to hang, too....
What's your opinion?
This is an essential question, i think.....
I want to get from 4,5" to maybe max. 6" in , lets say, 8 months....
