I have figured out a routine for my PE start now:

1.8 minutes Hot wrap (no matter what method)

2. 10 times 10 seconds medium hard pulling out (manual stretch

3.At beginning (1st week) 10 Minutes of jelqing (medium strong, 2 seconds per jelq) downwards
later 30 minutes


4. Kegels: 1st week:100
2nd: 300
3rd+:600
Kegels will i do in 100er packs (that means I do 6 times 100 kegels from the 3rd week on...)

That sounds like a good routine to start off with. Make sure you take a day off every couple of days.

Don't forget to stretch in all directions, left, right, up and down. Also, in addition to pulling at the head, you can also stretch by using an ok position grip mid shaft (I find this is good for the side stretches). You don't have to be too careful about the hot wrap just a few minutes or so.
