Hi!
I've decided to jelq now for a long time but feel still a little bit insecure about the right techniqes.....
My questions:
1. Do i jelq downwards (to my feet) or upwards (to my shoulders) ? Or doesnt it matter and i can jelq to wherever i want? Is trying out the best way?
I find it good to change the direction sometimes....
2. About the hot wrap:
Can i also take a glass, hot water in and put my penis in it for 8 Minutes? Is this also a good hot wrap?
3.Does the hot wrap have to be REAL hot, so hot that it hurts a little bit at first or can i also take a very warm one?
4. About manual stretch:
10 times 10 pullings as strong as i can , is this ok?
