Kegels & premature ejeculation

I've found that the key to preventing premature ejaculation lies in simply listening to your body. Of course, every man is different but you may want to try it. Whenever I feel that I'm about to bust, I simply cease all motion and concentrate on something else. I'm not exactly sure what happens, but after that I have an increased stamina ( intercourse for over an hour is a common practice for my girlfriend and me ).

I find that doing a kegal only causes motion which causes more stimualation which is the opposite of what I want.

Dunno, just my thoughts on the subject.

I to recommend your approach to premature ejeculation, but boy can that be hard to do at times. Yes you must listen to your body and stop all motion and get your mind on a office/work problem, to curtail the feeling to keep driving home, but tell me how to stop the wife from thrusting in the heat of the moment.

But when one gets over this period of excitement, I to can go for a much longer period of time before climaxing. I have found that doing a hard kegal does not work good for me, but kegaling in general sure does aid in ejeculation, both in volume and strength.
