What equipment etc do you need to hang? I dont have a clue so a simple guide would be good!

When I'm standing up I can easily hang 15lbs. I feel that stretch directly in the main lig running on the top side of my cock. Specifically, I feel it about 1.5" to 2.5" from my base (near my pubes).
When I'm sitting down I am currently hanging 10lbs while leaning back with my feet stretched out in front of my thereby forcing the weight to pull my cock down and back towards my butt. Be careful with your nuts, move them around for positioning. I feel this stretch in my pubes. Specifically, I feel this in the ligs running from the base of my cock at an angle towards my torso. Kind of runs along that line where your leg and lower torso meet.
I have yet to do any other creative angle stretches.
In comparison, if you manually stretched or jelq all week long and then the next week only hang using plenty of weight, you would notice an entirely different stretch. Do NOT do a comparison with too much weight until you have gradually increased your poundage over a month at least. (Start slow and low) It's definitely superior.
