Please Help, Power jelq

What the hell is power jelqing? I'm a member of penisresource.com but it doesn't talk about power jelqing. But a lot of these topics say its the best way to increase size. Any help would be appreciated.

The power jelq is a device someone is trying to sell. It hasn't been proven yet, but if you're really interested fish around in GD until you find it.

Originally, "Power Jelq" was an exercise in Brandon Reece's Advanced Health Manual program. I believe it consisted of long, slow jelq strokes while kegeling at the same time to force even more blood into the penis. As Size says, "Power-Jelq" is an exercise device promoted elsewhere on this site by Rob Edmund.
