I could use some advice on possibly going to a split routine where a person would do the manual stretching part of thier workout in the morning and a good jelq session in the evening. My reason is simply time, I spend a full hour when doing both together. Would there be any reason that this kind of routine would slow down my gains? Which prompts another question, when doing both together which is preferred to be performed first? Stretching or jelqing? I have been doing jelqing first for no other reason than it seems to stretch and loosen things up so as to maybe decrease the risk of injury from stretching. for those of you who are going to sest I search past posts on this I have tried but did not find anything. Thanks in advance for your help. I have very much enjoyed this forum (been a lurker for sometime now) and appreciate everyone.
