I've been reading through the forums and I've started doing PE. I'm 17 and I'm 6x6 erect. Flaccid size varies, so whatever. I've been doing brandon reece's program for the last week of manual stretching, jelquing, hot wrap. My program for now is:
(5 days a week)
1)light stretching
2)5 minute hot wrap
3)3 10 second reps of stretching in 3 directions, center, right, then left
4)40 minutes jelquing (w/ lube)
5)I take a hot bath
6)step 3 again
I'm not having any problems, I don't have any of the spots or bumps I've heard that you get. My goal is an inch in length, since I'm quite satisfied with my girth. Thanks mainly to these forums I have a lot of faith in PE and look at advancing my program as I come closer to my goal, and maybe even surpassing my goal. I'm doing these excersizes for myself and will do them for as long as it takes to get what I want. This is pretty much my "intro" thread, so any feedback, anything you want to say I'd be glad to hear it.
