Quickest Gains

Hey, I'm a 17 year old guy i measure around 6.25"x5.5" or so. I want the full 8". I don't really care how long it takes (less then 2 years hopefully). But i was just wondering if anyone could let me know what works best for quickest gains. I've tried all the excerises (jelq, stretch, etc...) and I've also tried hanging (using the sock thing) - I'm up to 10 lbs now. I do it in the shower. My problem is it slips off or is not comfortable. I would like a Bib hanger but I don't have the money for it. Ok, Enough of that.

Since starting PE I have gained about half and inch in 6 months. (On and Off excersizing tho) - As i did not know what worked best. Any replies are greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

It probably depends on how much time you spend working out, but I think probably jelqing produces the quickest gains per hour spent. It is true that Bib gained 4+ inches in two years hanging, but he also had time and privacy to hang for like 9 hours in one day oftentimes.

You set a very reasonable time frame for your goal. The good thing is you probably still have some growing left in you, and the PE will only enhance that.

Back to my personal opinion, I think that hanging is excellent if you have the time to invest in it, but you probably get more bang for your buck with jelqing if you have limited time, because you have to keep taking off the hanger, restore circulation to your penis, re-wrap, etc. I gained over an inch in 21 weeks of jelqing 60-90 minutes per day, 5 on/2 off per week.
