Its now been almost 2 months since i did this... and gains are still here!

Start:
This is like the Uli.

With a 80% erection grasp with an OK grip at the base of the penis. Kegel then squeeze with your hand at the base.
With your other hand grasp the rest of your penis, on the shaft and head, then squeeze with that hand intermitently..like a throbbing action.

Once the penis naturally returns to a 30% erection pull down for a good stretch for 30 seconds. Slap the penis against the leg to keep the blood circulating then a good stretch to the left for a 30 count. Slap against the leg again then stretch to the right for 30.

Then repeat, with an 80% erection......

This was done for 10 hours
2 hours
-break 20 mins (light uli's and stretches)
3 hours
-break 20 mins
2.5 hours
-break 30 mins (light uli's and stretches)
2 hours
-break 20 mins
1 hour

= 10.5 hours

Note: if ure standing for a long time then use a wall, nothing would be more embarassing than being found on the floor, penis semi-erect and hand still clutching it!
