Discolouration Due to Hanging

Until recently I've been hanging weights. I stopped because I thought I would try jelqing and also because the weights had been causing discolouration. From about midshaft to the head is darker than the skin nearer the base. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it permanent, or will the skin go back to its original colour?

I've got the SAME exact type of discoloration you describe. I also used weights for about 2 months and then stopped due to this. Honestly, I don't know if it will go away. I'm using Arnica cream (its for bruising and can be found at GNC) so far to no avail. Are there any skin bleaching creams out there?

I have heard that some people get this from hanging. I haven't hung that long(no Pun intended) so I haven't seen this problem other than at the head when I am hanging. Usually I will stop for a while when the head of my member becomes blue. I thought that what could be causing this is either lack of oxaginated blood getting to the head or lack of circullation.

I wonder if the problem with discoloration stems from a prolonged amount of hang time that does not allow this circullation to occur? Good luck guys, I hope that this color issue doesn't pose a problem in the long run. However, I would take a little darker head for a longer penis over nothing at all any day!

I also have the same problem.
My main concern is that I have a ring around the tip.
Bib recommended doing uli type excersises after hanging and actually using a strap to hold the blood in the head for a longer time. This seems to be working but it is very slow.
I believe that my mistake was to hang for a long time and then not take the proper time to get the blood back in the head when done. I let this go for too long and now it is taking longer for the bruising to go away completely. There is no pain, just discoloration.
I know what you guys explained is not just like mine but I believe that both are caused by not getting the blood broken up after hanging. Now when I hang I do about 15-20 mins of jelqing and ulis and really concentrate on the bruised area then I use arnica throughout the day. By the next day the bruising from the day before is usually gone.

This is similar to the brusing you get from pumping..it take a long time to go away if you stop hanging or pumping. Some say Arnica Heal works but I truly doubt it will help the brusing. If you look at the pic postings at the other PE site you'll see one that is badly bruised I forget who posted the pic.

I've been doing PE for over 9 months now, hanging for over 7. I've never had discoloration at all, except for one bruise that lasted less than a week. I would suspect your sessions were too long as you suggested, or you were clamping too tight. There's definately a nack to clamping just tight enough to hold the weight.

Of course you could just be responding differently as we all do.

I have posted about this concern about a year ago.

I also have developed discoloration from hanging. I waited 3 months and did not doing any PE, but the discoloration is still there, although it did fade by about 30%. Arnica cream/gel does absolutely nothing for me. I tried Arnica for 3 months and I applied it twice a day religiously....nada!

BTW, I don't hang anymore.

There's some stuff on this page called Vantex skin bleaching/fading cream. I'm going to buy some of this myself in a couple weeks and see if it works. Religious use of Arnica has done nill for me as well. You can get this stuff at Dillard's, Proffitts, Belk, Peebles, Goldsmiths', Foleys', Beals', Macy's, Robinsons' May, Jeez basically anywhere in the country. I assume in the makeup department.....don't even ask me how much it costs. I don't know yet and of course they don't list that on this site.

Uh yea well no shit buddy.....but, there are many guys here who jelq/milk with vaseline which is a petroleum product ie: crude oil derived....and they don't seem to mind that...hmm well we'll see if they're fertile later on down the road....I know it gets on your nuts too guys.
