View Full Version : 3 DIFFERENT SHOCK ROUTINE PROGRAMS

1. sunday shock routine = 10 hours total time.
1st 4 hours and last 4 hours of jelqing. during each of those hours, you will jelq 40-45 minutes, with the other 15-20 minutes devoted to some rest and hot wrap.
In between each of those 4 hour splits, you will have 2 hours comprised of manual stretching. In each of these 2 hours devoted to stretching, 40-45 minutes of each hour will be devoted to manual stretching and 15-20 minutes will be devoted to rest.

Along with this shock routine, you will have 2 mid week days that you will do moderate jelqing and stretching.

On wed and thurs, you will devote 30 minutes to moderate jelqing and 30 minutes of moderate manual stretching.

That is the whole program condensed into a week.
Sunday: 10 hour shock routine.
wed: 30 min of jelq and 30 min of stretching
thurs: same as wed.
Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat: all off days.
Repeat this program for a total of at least 4 weeks then evaluate from there.

shock program #2.
It is a 5 day routine. You do the above shock routine once every 5 days, with 4 days rest in between. Nothing else, shock routine, rest 4 days, shock routine, rest 4 days, shock routine, so on. Try this for at least one month then evaluate from there.

shock routine #3.
This is a 2 shock routines per week with nothing else.
One shock routine devoted entirely to jelq.
And the other shock routine devoted entirely to stretching.

Sun: 8-10 hours of shock routine for jelq. Each hour will consist of 40-45 minutes of jelqing with 15-20 minutes of rest/hot wrap.

Thurs: 8-10 hours of shock routine for manual stretching. Each hour will consist of 40-45 minutes of manual stretching and 15-20 minutes of rest/hot wrap.

Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat: all off days, only 2 workouts per week. Try this routine at least 4 weeks and then evaluate from there.

Some guidelines: Need at least 6 hours of work time, not total time, work time to be considered an ultra-shock routine. Closer to 8 hours of work time probably even better. The above shock routines have over 6 hours of work time.
Try to work at least 40 minutes per hour, don't take too long of a rest in between. The more time you work per hour, the less total time you need to devote to this.
Use the above only as guidelines and alter and fit to meet your needs and schedule. Some people may want only girth in which case you can probably forget about doing manual stretches. So on.
Don't forget to use every possible advantage to take advantage of your penis being in this hyped up and accelerated growth state. Consider using arnica, arginine, yohimbe-yohimbine, hot bath, so on.

There are no experts when it comes to the ultra-shock routine, this is uncharted territory. So pay attention to what your body is telling you.

I can always move posts from best post section back to general discussion for others to post under and then move back to best post section. For me, I plan on moving only shock routine stuff to best posts section and nothing else. Shock routine info and knowledge is all i care about now, the more the better.

EDIT.
Remember, if you only get 1/8 inch gain per shock routine, that is an inch in 8 weeks with only 8 hard workout days--depending on if you choose once/twice a week routine, or once every 5 days routine. The only prob is big; when do you get a big chuck of time where you can be alone.
