Well folks,

it's been 5 to 6 months since i began pe. in my most honest recollection, my initial measurements were a bp el of 5 3/4 and eg 4 1/2 midshaft. i started out with jelquing but didn't really get it so continued to manual stretch and tried hanging with a swimcap. i couldn't ever get even a second 20 minute hang session in although i did manage to work up to 8-9 lbs for one twenty minute session but at that weight the swimcap would pull my skin past my head and i'm circumsized so that was no good at all. i tried the terentty modification of the bib and ended up having to tighten it way to much to get it to stay on and crushed my right tunica a bit so then gave up on that and hanging all together. from that point, i'd say about 2 and a half to three months into my pe practice i began to place my emphasis almost exclusively on jelquing with some manual stretching. Jelquing is a very interesting exercise. i say that because even now i'm still learning how to do it effectively. i used to start out with a hot wet towel as a wrap and wring it out and run hot water over it again every minute or 2 (as it tends to cool quickly) for 2 or 3 cycles. i would then jelq for about 15 minutes until i'd enter the shower and continue for 15 or 20 minutes more. since then i've come to realize the importance of heat in this process and i know cup my hands around my stuff and spray a steaming hot shower into that cup until my cock is very very warm through and through and then jelq slow and hard, really feeling a stretch as my stroke finishes against that expanding erectile tissue "bag of blood" sensation that i've found to be of utmost importance. i kgel into my erection at the begin of a stroke as necessary at times begin the stroke with a uli squeeze from the base. in just the past week or so i've finally found what i consider to be an effective technique(as described above).
Anyhow, i'm now at 6 inches nonbp and 6.5 - 6 3/4 bp, and an easy 5 inches midshaft. that's about 3/4 to an inch length gain and a solid 1/2 inch girth gain. my point here is that even though when i first started jelquing i had increased vacularity and my rod got that muscular look, it wasn't until several months later that i really got a feel for jelquing and started to get substantial gains from it. also, recently i've gone from a 5 on 2 off regimen to a 1 on 1 off with the occasional 2 consecutive on days or off days as i see fit.
Let me try to clarify my point as i've been rambling dryly a lot thus far: after months and months of nothing real to show for from pe, i'm making real gains now. i was just about ready to throw in the towel, but unwilling to give up and clinging to the slightest sparks of hope, i perservered and have been rewarded. not getting gains can be very frustrating and disheartening, especially when you read threads from pe'ers of 6 months or more with no gains, but keep in mind that although jelqing is a very simple exercise, it has its own learning curve, and it can take a long time to develop an effective technique. If you learn to do it well, however, and stress the involved tissues correctly, logically i find it hard to accept that nothing could come of it.
Best wishes to all and thanks for all the help along the way,
Bebop

P.S. : i would love to begin a new hanging routine if i could find an attachment device that would work for me and am very intrigued by the new bib, so any related info is welcome.

P.P.S : although this thread is dry and long winded, i think the newbies might benefit from it, and if anyone who knows how sees fit to copy it over there, please do.

Great story and inspiring. I am about the same size as you were and it feels good to know that with time and good practice, I too can look forward to results. Thanks for the very descriptive jelq routine.

I enjoyed your message too, Bebop. Thanks for posting. I also am waiting for the new Bib device, but it seems to be treated here as sort of an insult to ask even ballpark when it might be ready, so I don't bother. Weird.

Good to hear , Dangleboy.
As for your comments about the Bib, i'm sure that if you'll imagine for a moment the amount of requests and interrogations that Bib has recieved regarding his invention in the works, especially considering his status on this board and the fact that he almost unfailingly takes it upon himself to respond to all concerns in his areas of expertise, it will be easy to understand that it's not taken as an insult but rather it is extremely overwhelming for the parties concerned to assuage the anticipation of the masses. I know Bib and his design/test assistants are doing all they can to get the goods to us. Hell, they've already done more than we all could've asked.

P.S.: the above was by no means intended to be any sort of reprimand aimed at you, Dangleboy, and i hope it didn't come off that way. At any rate, i'm also reminding myself of why this matter deserves whatever patience is ultimately required.
