Been doing PE for a month now. Consisting of daily manual stretching, wearing a stretcher (bib w.elastic bands) for 2 - 8 hrs / 5 days a week, some pumping, some jelquing and daily kegels (500-1000, plus long holds). I have noticed that for the last week I have woken to very hard erections. I followed the advice regarding kegeling to delay orgasm and after 3 weeks of daily kegels, have gained total control over ejaculation. Must say it has done wonders for my confidence in bed with my GF.
As a side benefit, my erections have never been harder. It seems like I have increased my threshold for stimulation to ejaculate, and as a result easily obtain a much harder erection. Better than Viagra in fact and it cost nothing!
So, as I look forward to some possible gains in size, I have already reaped a tremendous benefit from only a month of PE. I also wonder if the harder erections will in themselves produce some PE from further expansion of the blood vessels under that increased blood pressure.

Well done! You're so right about the other benefits of PE, more confidence, stronger erections etc. Keep it up.
I think you've touched on a very interesting issue with the "erectile improvement=P.E. gain" speculation. I believe that the first "gains" I made in P.E. are the result of just that-maximizing current erect size potential. I'd bet it could be anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 inch in many cases, though not necessarily what I would call "growth" beyond the starting physical size in terms of tissue. Quite possibly this can be achieved by P.C. exercises alone as I have seen it reported as such in health publications. It could also protect some pay sites from the "money back guarantee" and having to pay out very often, if ever. If one does P.C. exercises, chances are they will have some gain (stated as "improved erection", size, flaccid length, etc.) and be unable to jump through the hoops and get their money back. I'm still waiting for my actual "length gains" beyond the P.C. effect. Girth is comin' though. Good Luck and be patient-if your like me, the actual dick tissue growth (if possible) or tunica/lig stretching seems to take a great deal longer and more work. Keep on kegelin'!!! groaboa628

didnt u have to keep taking the bib device off to regain circulation wearing it for that long a period ??

Regarding the bib hanger, I have to remove it anywhere from every 30 to 90 minutes, as sooner or later something irritates me about it. Sometimes the head is just fine, other times it swells up and gets cold. Other times the skin underneath the bib hanger will start to hurt and simply removing it for a minute and reattaching does the trick. I rub a little vitamin e on the shaft to ease the skin stretching. Under the tension of 4 elastic bands, it stretches me out to a little over 7 inches. Seems to thicken up flacid when stretched out as well. Not sure why that would be.
Hope this message regarding the kegeling is of encouragement to anyone out there desiring better erections or more control over ejaculation. I am encouraged enough to persist and see where this ultimately takes me. By the way, I am in my late 30's and have never had a better erection than now.

I think that is correct the part about doing the pe exercises. I think as we get older due to age, plaque scale on artery walls, etc. we shrink. I think the immediate increased gains the older members of this board have seen is just a return to normal size. I have read too many posts on this and the older board about quick immediate gains and then some hit a fire wall. What do you other guys think? Oh yeah this does include Mr Bib. haha who is phenominal. Wish he had kept better records on his progress.

Good results, they are the first part of gains when you first start.
First results in PE are the increase in erection hardness and noticable increase in flaccid hang, with better overall penis health due to better circulation.
Second results in PE are usually a flaccid stretch length improvement (done bone-pressed just like the erect measurement). A good measurement to keep track of.
And last but not least the almighty erect length gain!!
