Hello all,
I am a newbie to the group although I've been reading thru this forum for a couple of months now. I have a couple of questions that I have not seen addressed in the FAQ or elsewhere in the forum. First though I must compliment you guys on the "mature" level of this forum...and thankyou. It seems like everyone here takes this seriously, without being ish, and without being "too" overly technical about everything (i.e. everything seems to be pretty much in laymen's terms...er...no pun intended).

I guess some background and my personal goals are in order here. I am 36, 6' 2", about 220 pounds and currently measure about 6" in length and about 5 1/2" in girth (hard to get a good measurment...keep loosing the erection when I go to measure LOL!). I would be happy with any "signifigant" gains (aka at least an inch or more), but would very much like to acheive about a 9 1/2" lenth (preferably before I'm 40!). Any added girth would be a bonus, but not as important. I do have some problems achieving an erection. My doc has put me on Viagra (great stuff by the way). And I am aware that at least part of my problem is due to bad diet (I work in a pizza shop...guess what I eat -alot- of?), a bad lower back (and probably poor lower back circulation), -and- I am smoker (yea yea, I know....as soon as I can figure a way to get my wife to quit...if theres cigs in the house.....).

Ok...on to the questions...
First I just finished reading thru some of the threads on Yohimbe and some other extracts (I have tried Yohimbe....gives me the jitters and palpitations also). Something that someone in a chat group had mentioned to me once (I have since lost contact with this person unfortunatly...if your out there and recognize my nick from the BE-Loft....drop me a line at jtwalczak@kellnet.com) who had mentioned using Bilberry extract in conjunction with his exercises. Has anyone ever heard of this? It seems to make at least some since because Bilberry seems to aid in (for lack of better phrasing) the repair and restoration of sensitive body membrains (it is usually recommended for eye site etc).

Second...as I've said...I have been and will continue to read through info on this forum. Ok...with that said...is it me or are the techniques for jequing and Uli's "very" similar?? (And who came up with those terms???? LOL...just kidding)


Third...I know this has been addressed...but I would still like a little additional input here. I have rather limited time...I work a part time job, am a drummer in a band, manage that same band (and website), and am in the process of opening my own business....hell...sleep is becoming a luxery! Are there any (please forgive this next word) short-cuts on some of these exersizes that may help to cut down on time? I can probably manage about an hour a day max.

Forth....Sometime ago (like many years) I read an article in "Gent" magazine, I believe it was titled something to the effect of "Having the balls to be better" or something similar. I haven't dug it out of the dresser drawr (ok...I can't spell either), but I seem to remeber some exersizes like inverted sit up (i.e. laying on your stomach and pulling your body up...something my chiropractor also recomends for my messed up back...hurts like hell) and keggles etc., as well as drinking a "protein type" drink...I believe it was something like; brewers yeast, couple of eggs, lethisine, and a packet of breakfast drink (for flavor). This was supposed to help create a more powerful erection, fuller testicles, less time between "episodes" etc. Is anyone familiar with this and is it effective?

Lastly...and I guess the most nagging question on my mind here....are all of these exersizes really worth it? I'm seeing posts about average gains of maybe and inch or so after a year or two. I've read a number of the personal routines etc., but have only seen one or two cases were men have actually made substantial gains (aka gone from 6inches to 9 or 10 inches).

I know this is -alot- for one posting...and I thank all of you who are still awake and who haven't clicked your back button yet for your attention! I'm sure I'll have more questions or comments as time goes on and I am very greatful for any assistance or opinions that any of you can provide on this...thankyou!

p.s. One last comment...something that I saw in the Yohime thread that I feel the need to comment on. I have also been studing herbs and homeopathic medicine for about a year now. Something important to remeber about most herbs is...they do -NOT- work right away! It takes weeks or months for most herbs to achieve their desired effect and it is usually a slow progress at best. If you want a good example...try taking vitamin E for several weeks and then stop. Its a good pick me up, but within a day or so after stopping...you will feel very tired and unrested for days. It will feel like a much more dramatic effect then what you thought the vit E was providing....I hope that made sense! Either way...if your using any kind of herbal suppliment for anything....please allow it time to do its job.

I haven't tried this product, so please don't view me cynivally as some mad salesperson trying to boost sales of this product!!! Anyway, I found a product called Python or Python Extra on www.vitaminshoppe.com and it seems to have many of the herbs that I have found recommended on this site within the one tablet.

I'm thinking of buying some but would like to know what others think...

Check it out if you can lomitus.

Welcome to the group. Don't know for sure if Bilberry will aid you in your restoration. Jelqing and Uli are two very different things. Jelqing is the continuous movement from the base to the head expanding as it goes. It can be done at different speeds and you have to find the right level of erection as well. It will take some time to develop the right technique. Read up more on it in the fax section and the glossary page and experiment with it. It could be named that way cause some call it "milking" and it is like Jerking so combining them it is jelqing. Uli is the nickname of a guy that came here and posted his routine and the technique caught on and it became known as the uli. It is very different (read up on it too). It stretches the inside of your penis by expanding it from the pressure. You will see they are very different when you do them.

Without being more specific about the drink ingedients I don't think it will make much difference. For you now it is a matter of avoiding smoking, and your diet, than anything else probably. Now if you only have an hour a day there are some things you can do. However, the exercizes which are more for length take more time than girth.

A good routine for now is to do some hot wrap, manually stretch and then jelq, uli and do some squeezes and hot wrap. You can easily do all this in an hour. Some people gain length from jelqing but it is primarily for girth. So if you are interested in mostly length then but the focus on the stretching and jelqing and then eventually you can start hanging. However, you need time to hang. Even three sets is a good minimum and the sets are 20 in each and you need a break between as well. So look into various methods of manually streching, such as, not only pulling from the head, but also using an ok grip mid-base. Stretch in different directions and look into the V-stretch and fowfer (which you can do while doing many other things).

Well there is much for you to learn here so have fun with it. There is no guarantee you will gain anything to be honest with you. Some will have huge gains and another guy will work 10 times and hard and get nothing. I did not gain any length from 8 months of manually stretching and jelqing before switching to hanging, but others here have been lucky as hell. You might be one of those and gain an inch in a year or so, but if you want to gain like those big guys then you must hang for a substantial period of time. There are no easy answers and we are all learning as we go. So again welcome and good luck.

I tried python maybe 2 months ago and I didn't have a lot of success with it. Of course, yohimbe and the rest did make ma a little bit hornier but that was about it. So, after spending that one bottle, I decided not to reorder. Now I'm experimenting with vitex ( mentioned on this board previously) and I do notice a little more cum, but I'll give it some more time.

Strangely enough. I too, noticed what you just mentioned about vitamin E. Stopped taking my E and C for 3 weeks just for the hell of it and resumed for the reasons you mentioned. Couldn't figure out if it was C or E....maybe a little of both. I'd echo what Dance said about cleaning up the bad habits and diet, they are going to make more difference tha anything else and give you a clean base to evaluate your goals from. Kegels are a damn good idea, too. About that back pain, is it upper or lower type of pain? Toned abs do wonders for back pain by slightly shifting the pelvis and (I assume) eliminating some compression of the spine. Another thing which comes to mind with back pain is intestinal or prostrate conditions. The latter case may well apply to you due to age, diet, and the fact that you mention erectile difficulty. Sounds odd and is rarley ever mentioned, but lots of times for unknown reasons, back pain s a symptom of a troubled prostrate. Need not have difficulty pissing or any swelling either. Again, kegels and a general improvement in health habits may be wise before searching for herbal remedies. May draw some criticism on this one, but depending on the source and type of herbs, some have been known to stress the liver. Sometimes I wonder if the delayed reaction to herbs and other remedies is largely due to the result of the liver being overstressed and no longer able to clean blood effectively, thereby allowing more of the herbal coumpounds to circulate in the bloodstream. Just speculative, but a rather dangerous form of "synergism". Prostrate (and I'll assume other lower anatomy)is fed some of the cleanest blood in the body, apparently by necessity...don't risk endangering the purity of that by overstressing your liver on alot of herbal experimenting or medical remedies yet. Not trying to diagnose (or misdiagnose) you as I am not a doctor. Nor do I mean to imply you have a problem with your prostrate, just had some real life experience with that sort of thing a while back. Herbs weren't worth much for it. Lifestyle change will take you 10X farther in solving these type of dilemmas. As for the ex's and the worthwhile Q's.....I'm about 6'2, 200 and 6.5 X 5, have made some gains in lenght over the last year. I can honestly say it is worth it now only because for the time I've invested and the amount I learned, it would suck to quit with just a 3/4 inch gain in length. Strange motiation, but keeps me going. groaboa
