View Full Version : "V-Stretch & Roll Up"

Besides the aggressive "v-stretch" (in which you pull up on the glans while pressing down with a lot of force on "Spike's" middle, back, and front), I used a "roll-up" approach to stretching. It is not very comfortable but you can really feel the pull in the ligs. When "Spike" is totally flacid and warmed, I roll him around something that is about an inch in diameter(a wooden dowel with a wash cloth on it, for example). When the wrapping is complete I carefully administer good, long, hard twists until I can feel "Spike" being slowly ripped from his moorings. These lig pulls are quite intense. I think that both of these methods, "V-Stretch and Roll Up" should be done upward, downward and to both sides. But I see the possibility of injury if one is not sensitive to the pain messages "Spike" is sending. Moderation in all things. (Seven)

I believe listening to what "spike"
is telling you is very important too.
Also check for excessive soreness the
next day. "Excercise" pain should
subside in 24 hours or so, an injury
will hurt longer...
