Big Al,

If you don't mind me asking the question, but I've never heard your story in regards to PE, if this question bothers you then sorry I asked.

Hi,

I started PE a couple of years after I started getting heavily involved in powerlifting. Before lifting, I weighed about 165 (at 5'9"), with a 6 1/2" L penis. Yes, it was above average, but once I started getting close to 200 lbs., "average" didn't look go good on me anymore :( I started to look for ways to make it bigger to match the rest of me.

I didn't like the recommendations of some of the current PE "gurus" (jelq 30 minutes a day) of that time. They didn't make sense to me. It seemed to me that the creators of the majority of the PE programs (back then) had no idea of how to properly stress tissues to force them to elongate/grow. "Jelq, jelq, jelq" isn't very scientific.

The penis is a relatively small part of the body. To subject it to HOURS of active trauma (note- active is different from "passive" as in stretches) to make it grow didn't make sense. PE may not be rocket science, but it IS science :) I have a very good base of knowledge in Kinesiology, and I put that to work.

In short, I added about 2" in L, and 1" in girth over the course of 11 weeks. My wife is MORE than satisfied, and so am I :) I have maintained this size for well over a year, since I stopped PE'ing.

That is very impressive. I am tempted to purchase your site. Have your subscribers reported similar results.

Interesting story Big Al, just curious that's all, and thought it might give us some motivation to us all. Thanks.

Hi,

I have a "testimonials" and "before & after" pictures section on the site. You can see the results of some clients there :)

I like Big Als exercises big time... =)

Although it is a shame I don't have time to do them... But the stretching exercises are really good, I don't know if I can mention its name here because of copyright infringements. But there is an exercise that gives me more millimetres in length every week I do them... Big Al, your site rocks, I wish I had bought it when I started doing PE. Hopefully I will find time soon to exercise in a more regular manner... =)

Let me just echo what BigDaddy said, 'Big Al's site rocks!', definitely some wicked exercises that you may not already know about, particularly some stretches.

Do the stretches add girth?

It's best if this board remains as "non-commercial" as possible. If you guys have any Q's about my site that you'd like for me to answer, please contact me at webmaster@forsize.com .

Well, I'm one of Big Al's program subscribers, and I'm going to give a word about his site. I've already said this earlier, but due to the extreme activity on this board (a very good thing) sometimes the new guys don't have time to read all the posts, and some get missed.

To start, in october last year I almost gave up on PE, due to many time problems, and not seeing the results in relation to the time dedicated to this. Well then I came across Big Al's program and all changed. In the first month I gained .2" in erect length and .1" in erect girth. As happy as I was with my gains (because I didn't have gains like this with less then a month on a program) I posted them here, and to my surprise almost everyone who responded said that I was maybe just advertising Big Al's site. So now, I'm glad to see that there are more people like me telling the benefits of this great guy's program (although we've talked only a little in private, I consider him already my friend) on this board. Because if there are people with the same time constraints that I had, then this is a gift from the skys, at least IMHO.

I've been progressing every month that I followed his program, and that's much more that what I've got from half a year of other programs. Well, for more detailed info, you can see my post on the progress reports section.

Bottom line, Big Al is a great guy, is program is great, and we're all blessed to have such great people working in the PE field (Big Al, Bib, etc, etc).

Thanks to you all!!

PEace,
