View Full Version : NO GIRTH GAIN IN 3 MOTHS!!!

AS I SAY IN THE TOPIC I HAVE NO GAINS IN FIRST THREE MONTHS IN MY PE.I GAINED 1/4 INCH IN LENGTH BUT NO GIRTH GAINS IT SEEMS EVEN THINNER THAN BEFORE.WHY IS THAT??
I AM DOING MANUAL STRETCHING AND JELQUING.
AT FIRST I DONE EVERYDAY BUT LAST TWO WEEKS IAM DOING ONE DAY ON AND ONE DAY OFF.

ANY IDEAS PLEASE??

girth gains are hard to come by...give it some time..also, maybe increase the intensity of your work out and decrease the frequency (days/week)

i have tried jelqing and did not seem to gain any size at all, possibly because i was too soft or i did it wrong. i am not putting jelqing down by the way. as for girth gains, ive started a new routine which has worked well for me. i started at 7 inch non bone pressed length and 5 1/4 inch girth midshaft. for the last 3 months i have been doing a routine of hot water pumping with a 9*2 1/4 inch tube handsome up with a non metered pump. what i do is sit in a bath of water as hot as i can stand, i play with my cock for about 5 minutes stretching it etc until it is hard. i then pump under water so no air exists in the tube or pump. i keep pumping until the rubber end will only just reinflate, i can usually feel a good pull at this stage. i then do a very strong kegel and hold for about 10 secs. next i put my thumb over the pump outlet and squeeze the pump, this sends water back into the tube thus relaxing the pull on the penis. after abot 10 secs rest i let go of the pump and allow the water to flow back in at which point i do another strong kelel for 10 secs. after 10 mins i remove my penis and massage it getting the blood flowing properly and replacing the old blood. i gradually work up to a 20 sec kegel and 20 sec relax each time breaking every 10 mins. i do this for a good hour now but started at about 30 mins. my penis does get quite red with blood in the skin but this goes with time off. i have just had a good 10 days off and my penis had kept 1/4 inch length and 1/8 inch girth midshaft. the base of my penis is now 6 1/4 from 6. i do think the bruising could be totaly avoided with a thinner tube as it does not bruise at all at the bottom 2 inch of my penis which swells out to touch the tube. sorry its so long for my first message, i hope its of some use. jelqboy

Believe me, you are not alone in your frustrations. It took me nearly 9 months just to gain 1/4" in girth! I started doing PE in December 99, and it took me until about september to find something that seemed to be doing anything for me girth wise. If you want to see my routine it is in the Personal Routines section, probably way on back.

Anyway, all I can say is that usually girth gains are the hardest to come by. When you say it "seems skinnier", have you actually measured it, or is this how it appears? I'm assuming that you manual stretch before you jelq, but if you are stretching after jelqing, you should probably switch and do it before.

Actually, you're not doing that badly, though quick gains do occur, there is a reason why it is usually said that one should not expect to see measurable gains until 3 or 4 months. Keep experimenting and let us know how you do.
