It has been a little over one year since I began this odyssey called PE. Here are some random thoughts and observations over my first year.
PE does work IF you are persistent and believe it will work. Never quit. PE should be like exercising any other part of your body, use it or loose it. Your penis will reward you with healthier and stronger erections for many, many years.
I have gotten frustrated at times with the discoloration from jelqing too hard. Personally, I would rather have a solid colored 7 incher than a half and half 10 incher. A moist heating pad has helped. I have also stopped pumping, and the color is going away.
I have found the best stretch for me comes from grabbing from behind (under your leg) and pulling down and toward your asshole. Baby powder gives a great grip.
I message my balls for at least 30 minutes per day. It really helps with ejaculatory volume. I almost doubled mine in about 2 weeks. Make sure to message all over your entire groin when you do, including your "taint." It creates great circulation.
There will come a point when girth will become more important than length. A long penis looks good, but ask a woman what would feel better, 8 x 4 or a 4 x 8. Most women couldn't handle 8 inch girth. I promise they would remember you forever.
I have given up coffee for the sake of PE. It has helped keep me normal flaccid size without looking like a Shar-Pei
I know in the long run for my health, it is good that I have given up the java.
The only supplement that I feel has aided PE is yohimbe. It definitely helped getting the blood down there, but word of warning if you try it, jelq lightly.
Other things that have helped me, shaving and trimming my pubes. I shave the entire shaft and balls and trim all the other pubic hair with a beard trimmer. It feels better in the Texas heat and dammit, the women love it. Also, go to the gym and work out. Keep your entire body in shape. Your dick is just one little part of your body. (pun intended) How can your dick act like its 18 if the rest of your body feels like shit? Lose weight and gain another inch or so. It seems like every pic I've seen on the internet of some poor guy with a 2 inch dick has two or three inches hidden in his damn beer belly! It is really rare to see a skinny guy with a truly tiny dick.
Right now I am listening to subliminal tapes and hypnosis tapes every day. I am also putting 3 - 1000 gauss magnets on all day and night to improve circulation. They are small, round Homedics TheraP magnets that are held on by a small, round bandage. I know they treat my shoulder pains, so I figured they wouldn't hurt there. I feel like they are increasing my flaccid size, at least while wearing them. I am now doing very little PE, maybe once a week. I am seeing some gains, about another 1/4 inch in length 1/8 inch girth in a little over two months. I do believe in the power of the mind, The mind cannot tell the difference between reality and subconscious thought. If you really believe and visualize it will work, it will. But you must believe.
I have not used a hanging device because I'm waiting for Bib to unveil his. I think I will see some significant gains, yet my wife does not want anymore length. In most positions, she can't take it all the way. But like a thread posted earlier, I am PEing for me, not for her or anyone else. That is the ONLY reason to PE, for yourself, not anyone else. If you do it will keep your motivation high.
At the end of one year, I have gained 1 1/4 length, almost 3/4 girth erect, and my flaccid size has increased significantly. I can have erections of steel just like I did when I was 18, I'm now 38, and wake up with a woody every morning now. I'm horny almost all the time, as well. My only regret is that I had not started PE when I was 18. I can only imagine how big I'd be today.
I also want to thank everyone on this board, especially Big Al, for all your questions, responses, experiences and help. I am already imagining my gains for the second year, It's going to be one hell of a journey.
