View Full Version : try this stretch
pump up with a few jelqs pull your nozzle between your legs and sit down on a cushioned chair. now lean forward and slowly slide forward to the edge of the seat until you are basically sitting on your pubic bone. exert as much pressure as is comfortable for a few minutes. afterwards you should have an extra inch to jelq with. i call this strech the 'bone crusher'. you will find it is quite effective. davo
Welcome Onestringbass
When I first saw your handle "onestringbass" and the subject of stretch, I immediately visualize a guy stand on a washtub turn upside down with his penis stretch and connected to the bottom of the tub and plunking on his penis. What a novel way to make music!
All humor aside, I did try your suggested method, which starts out like a "fowfer" but, when I sat down, instead of a bone crusher, I got a nut cracker. I re-adjusted testicles and approach to sitting and did get pressure on the pubic area with some stretch. May have some merit - will have to experiment a bit with this. After a few moments got lazy and leaned back and continued with a fowfer stretch.
Sorry for the bass humor. Keeps those ideals coming.

Onestring,
Awesome, I got an extra 1/4 inch out of this... so far as retaining... we'll monitor this closely, but so far...
Bravo!
And fow, the image you painted was hilarious... wash tub,... classic.
Thanks to you both!

I thought that this was the fowfer. I have been doing it for the past week and I have to admit that it gives an awesome stretch. I havent done a single measuerment as I have said that I will hold off from doing that for a while. I was a notch below 8" in length last time I measured so Im not really that concerned with length. Trying to get more girth though. Right now only 5 3/4" girth wise.

I agree this seems to be a variation of the fowfer but this was onestrings first post and I'm sure he was trying to contributed. I didn't want to discourage him with a "that's mine, you can't have it attitude". Most comes out in the wash.
