View Full Version : Sizemaster's weighted V-stretch
Woah! Sizemaster: You may have comre up with something here. You suggested I (7 UP) pull out on "Spike" as hard as I could and then hang a weight to perform a v-stretch. Tried it. I took a 20 lb. dumbbell and tied 2 ends of a small diameter (flexible) plastic tube to it. Inserted "Spike" into the loop. Pulled him straight out, and carefully stood up. Woah! What a stretch. Padded spike with a folded handkerchief. Held a while. Repositioned. Held a while. Repositioned. Held a while. I do see the potential for nerve damage, though. Suggest 20 lbs is a bit excessive to begin with. A plastic milk jug filled with water would be about 8 lbs. Perhaps a better weight for initial trials. Thanks man. Brainstorming like this can be very productive. You get the credit on this one, buddy. (Seven)
Geez guys, be careful with this . . . . .

20 lbs does seem like a lot. Then again, you've been stretching like that for a while. I personally would take the advice Phat and many of the hangers. Do enough to make you good and sore, and no more. Gradually move up in weight. If 20 lbs is what you need to feel a good stretch, then go for it, man. I think you have the good sense to know how to be careful with this stuff. The reason why I harp on this is that it would probably be a lot easier to tear something than you realize, and I would hate to have a part in someone injuring himself.
Good luck

Agree: 20 lbs is too much. But I didn't think I should use the 35 lb. dumbell or the 50 lbs.. But the basic idea is sound.

Sounds like a good idea. I am totally amazed at the strength of the ligament in the penis. I can bench press 300 lbs and squeeze 180 lbs grip strength with one hand, and after wrapping some toilet paper around the head of my guy, I can pull outward with all the strength I can muster with one arm and feel a good stretch but no pain. I can feel a ligament that is about 1/4" around and that fans out vertically at the point of attachment. I think it's hanging lower, ie closer to the rear now that I have been pulling hard lately. I can pull so hard that the gripping hand resting against, say the front of the toilet seat, feels like the thumb is being crushed by the weight. A least using a manual method for such force I would instantly release if I felt any tearing. Definately no loss of sensation or erectile ability from this forcefull pull from just beneath the head. I am convinced that the limiting factor is the method of attachment, to at least 50 lbs.
Anyone notice that they can urinate more forcefully after all the stretching? Must be opening up the urethra in the penis or prostate.
I have pressed down at the centre and close to the bone while doing so to increase the downward force. I swear I will devise a temporary means of attachment to measure the force exerted, such as rolling it around a dowel that is covered in soft dense foam and hook it to a fish scale. Got to think up an excuse to borrow the fish scale from my mom's place!

I figured I might as well give my own suggestion a try. I tried it out with a 5-lb weight just to get a feel for it. It seems like one could get a great, long-lasting stretch, provided he could find a comfortable way to hang the weight. I'm probably going to stick with manual v-stretches for the present time. If you continue to experiment with the weighted V-stretch please keep us all informed on how you do. Your v-stretch post really re-energized a lot of people for PE. Thanks man.

Continued to experiment with sizemeister's weighted v-stretch. Placed a sheet of "bubble wrap" across "Spike's" back and held him out with my strong hand. Found out I could use the free hand to help balance a dumbell gently across Spike's back. This was much easier than using the strap and loop approach I described earlier. Titanium, you are right about lig strength. I have used up to a 35 lb. dumbell on Spike for short periods of time (15-25 seconds) to get a gooooood stretch. The bubble wrap worked well....but I heard a few bubbles popping with the 35 lb dumbell. Just hope I don't drop the dumbell on my foot. Thanks guys.

Bubble wrap does seem like it would be pretty comfortable. My biggest fear the first time I tried this was the possiblilty of dropping the weight and injuring my foot or at the very least making a loud bang on the floor. I would feel a little uneasy about balancing it on top without some sort of way to make it stay put and not fall.

Siemeister: Been experimenting and have perfected my technique a bit. Wrapped the bubble wray around the handle of a 20 lb and a 35 lb dumbbell. Taped it in place. Used a piece of toilet tissue to grip Spike's head. Carefully laid the 35 bl dumbbell across his back and let it hang. Then tried rolling it up and down Spikek's back by pulling Spike up and down slowly. Really think it has merit. Comfortable, good control, and a goood stretch.

How in the world do you balance something like that, especially on a fleshy object lke we are talking about here?????? This seems almost impossible without it falling off.
PHAT: When you put it that way, it does seem strange to try and delicately balance a 35 lb mass on one's shaft. But it is really a lot different from balancing a dumbbell on a broom handle. I have those cast Iron dumbbells which have hexagonal end weights. When I hold my glans and center the 35 lb dumbbell on my shaft, the weight is slightly shifted toward my body and this helps stabilize it. Also, my other hand holds onto the dumbbell. Really, there is no problem at all. The flat sides of the hex shaped weights lean against the body, the weight is stabilized by the free hand. The limiting factor is the strength of the hand holding my glans. (Seven)

I thought the same thing as Titanium. I bench 315 and all, and yet I can work up to a straight out pull as hard as I can, and feel a good stretch, but no pain. I thought I might pull the damn thing off!
You all should try the stretch someone mentioned a long time ago. While sitting, or standing, reach your arm around and under your leg, grab Jimmy behind the head and pull straight backward (toward your asshole) and/or down. Alternate hands several times. I got the best, fastest solid gains in length.
