As my recent increase in post activity probably shows, I'm resurrecting my PE efforts, or actually, intensifying them. My philosophy with PE has been basically the same philosophy I have with getting any kind of exercise: workouts that require changes to one's schedule, aren't fun, and rewuire huge blocks of time will only give you a temporary gain. On the other hand, workouts that are enjoyable and feel as though they are a part of your day rather than an impediment to it, will result in a permanent lifestyle change and increased health.
That said, jelqing for 45 minutes a day, in private, with lube, after a hot wrap, 4 to 5 time per week, just does not fit into my schedule (and I would assume most of yours). SO, I've been going after what I might term "everyday PE." I give a good twenty second stretch before each time I pee. I make jelqing part of my masturbation. I wake up in the mroning and give the guy a couple squeezes and holds when he's perky but a little drowsy.
Results so far have been pretty dismal over nearly a year. About 2/10 inch gain in length that I worry may only be from measuring discepancies, and not measurable gain in girth. Hence, I'm stepping up the program. Positive thinking, V-streches, greater intesity, and greater interest in new and experimental methods discussed on this board. I might just even give that wearing a c-ring for twenty minutes a try?
Has anyone else approached PE in this way or am I a recreational softball player in a room full of gym rats?

You sound a wee bit "cocky" in your response there, did you read my theory? So you're saying that if we're short on time, we're out of luck? I've seen people come and go here, and I assume it's mostly because they get excited about the possibility of PE, and then can't keep up the routine. Face it, if you can't keep up six months of intensive PE, but could keep up two years of habitual PE and they'd give you the same gains... wouldn't you be better off going through the two years and realizing sucess than sporadically starting and stopping and never getting results? I might be a dreamer here, and when time allows I'll get on a rigorous routine, heck I might even be "exemptional!" By the way what does that mean?

I have gained at last measurement 1-1/8" in length from what I feel to be "limited" effort. The majority of my gains came during a 21 week period when I had the time and privacy to jelq the crap out my weenie, a minimum of 60, usually 90 minutes every morning 5 on and 2 off.
That being said, I don't think you're totally out of luck, though as you said gains will probably come slower to you. If you only have say 20 minutes per day that you can dedicate to PE efforts, there are still a number of things you can do. I strongly suggest that you try v-stretches and fowfers if you haven't already. Since you already stretch when you pee, the v's should be pretty easy for you to throw in, and the fowfers can be done anytime you sit down in a chair.
Also Uli's might be a good thing to do during that 20 minutes if you have a couple of minutes to devote to hot wraps first. Alternatively, a ring or "Bib's Uli thing" would probably also serve you well. And if you see a time when you can throw in extra jelq time, by all means do it!

There has been a lot of interest in whether short (say, 15 or 20 minute) sessions at very high intensity would work -- really hard jelquing along with intense squeezes. WOuld this work as well as 45 minutes at moderate intensity? I don't think there has been a clear answer. I find it difficult to find an hour five times a week also. I have recently stopped PE because of this, but will likely start back with a limited-time program.
jjim: We are kindred spirits on this one, man. As I said in a previous post - "If you keep on doing what you have been doing, you will keep getting what you have been getting." Even though we all have penises, ligs, and fascia sheaths we are all different. Some ligs are thicker, some have a broader attachment, some collagen sheaths are thinner, angles of attachment vary, etc. etc. Got to keep experimenting to see what works best for us individually and then we will get growth that is optimal for us. Some folks on this board are really creative and are intuitively creative....FOW for example. The more options we have to choose from, the more likely we are to finally discover what works for us. That is why I value each person's input and opinions on this board....even the ones I don't agree with at this time. But I may agree with them later as I experiment. I have no doubt that hanging is best for some. Stretches and jelqs for others. Got to experiment. As for me, short, intense workouts in which Spike was pulled, squeezed, pushed, and bent every which way but loose gave me 1.5" of growth in a relatively short time. Probably won't work for some but may for others. jjim: I think your perspective on all this is correct.

I think that high intensity for short periods versus low intensity for longer periods both have merit as far as getting gains. The problem with the the high intensity for a shorter time is that it brings up the risk of injury, IMO.
Unless a person started with the second method and gradually worked up his intensity, I think a Newbie would increase his odds of injury, if he started flat out, high intensity PE.

Wasn't it FOW who said that he'd gained like an inch or so over 30 years from part time minimal effort? That's my plan. Every pee, shower, or moment naked alone I stetch. Fowfers every night before I go to sleep (sometimes sleep several hours stretching!), and in the morning. Occasional jelq sessions for now (1 or 2 a week), and the rare hanging with my fake bib. It's pretty much a habbit now, if I keep it up for 30 years I'm sure I'll be an inch or two bigger!

Well after reading the post and after three (3) years of jelqing, pumping and stretching I have found some progress. At 55, one would think WHY an old guy would even try. Answer: for the challenge! I'm convinced that the time factor is Not the answer, BUT to couple with the intensity of the jelq plus the time of the jelq (Minimum of 5 Seconds) yields the best results. I'm only begining to feel the fulness in the penis--Yes, after 3 years. Hang in there and give that slow steady, stretching jelq some time. Couple with zinc, Mega Men Vitimins, Arginine, I would almost guarentee some results. Started at 6" Erect and now at 7+. At my age, I trying to keep an erection without the use of Viagra but am leaning towards it more every day. Jelqing without a hardon seem futile. Best Efforts never go unrewarded. Steven

I guess it probably was me. In reviewing my personal routine, I noted I estimated 6" x 5" penis when I was 16 45 years ago(I am 61 now). I don't know when or how I gained the other 1" x .5"(7" x 5.5" Nov.'99), but I do know it was gradual and that I did dream of a larger penis and pulled and tugged on it occassionally but never as a set routine or for long durations until Nov. '99 when, after reading some PE ads, I developed some of my own exercises before purchasing a canned program(Reeces'). I will attribute my girth gains to my "fowfee" grip and to jelqs; length gains to manual stretch, hanging, jelging, fowfees, fowfers, and the bafow procedure. Since starting 16 months ago, I have gained 1.5"EL, .75"EG, 3.5"FL est, .5"FG est, and 1.75"FSL est. Present dim. = 8.5"EL, 6.25"EG, 5.5"FG, 7"FL, and 9.25"FSL.
I truly enjoy fowfers and some light jelqing.
Stevensteve, even at 61, it still feels good to get those, "It feels bigger""You sure it's not growing" type comments.
