i don't really understand...my dick seems to be able to take a lot of torture. i'm thinking of just going about it schwarzzeneggar style and start bomb uuuund blasting it ever day with an arsenal of hanging, pumping, and jelquing...what do you guys thing...if not how many days a week would you suggest sice rest is essential for growth supposedly.

Go for it dude! Bib hung for all those hours 5 days per week. Screw this 3 on 2 off bodybuilding crap. You can work your stomach, calves and forearms everyday. Why not your cock. I've been jelqing intensely twice per day 5 days per week, sometimes 6. Uli's for a minimum NOW for 5 minutes after jelqing. Hang 5 days per week just before PM jelq session. The weird part is that I don't feel any fatigue in my cock or the ligs????? Experiment baby, it's your body. Just ask yourself this question...Who told Bib to hang 5 days per week 4 to 8 hours per day? Who told Uli to jelq twice per day and then Uli 100 times? They experimented and you should too. Let's go crazy with this WFBCO.

mon. and tues.: about 1hr 15 to 1 hr and a half hanging with 5 lbs, followed by about 200 strokes of milking.
wed. pumping for 45 minutes to an hour followed by 200 strokes.
thurs. and fri.:same as mon.and tues.
sun.: same as wed.

I got sidetracked with all those other posts and forgot about you. OK as for you question about why you can't hang like bib. Well no one said you can't but you may want to work up to it lol. The first thing you should do is go back and read the posts between Phat and me. That will be an education I guarantee. There is lots of info there and I would not want to attempt and repeat it all.

What I suggest is to slowly increase the weight and the number of sets. As for time off, read those posts and you will better understand about a hanging philosophy. I am going to attempt and hang 6 days on and one day off. If I feel like I really need it then I will take a day off here and there. Jelqing and pumping however are a different thing. They put stress on your penis in an entirely different way and I believe more rest is required. It is still a personal thing. Some do 2 on and one off, some one on and one off. Others do more days in a row. I think is has to do with how bad you are beating it up lol. Japp jelqed heavy but one day on and one off. I think that is a good way to go. I would switch to counting time rather than number of stokes.

My advice is to switch the order of pumping and jelqing. I would not pump that long either. I don't see how you can pump for 45-60 minutes and then jelq. I would jelq for a while, 20-30 min or whatever you want, and then do the pumping. 3 sets of 15 min is enough I think. Sometimes I just do 2 sets. As for the routine, here is what I do.
Sun-Fri Hang as much as possible. (hotwrap and light jelq a few minutes between).
Sun, Tues, and Thurs I add the jelqing and pumping after the hanging.
This way I take a day off between the jelqing and pumping.
Friday I do the hanging in the morning.
This leaves Saturday for sex or dancing (thus my name) and you guys would not believe the crap I pull on the dance floor lol. It is not that much different than sex lol.
