This months morning ritual with "V" stretch?

1. short rice sock hot wrap
2. for 10 mins. start using bib hanger and 3 foot bungy cord..attach bib in normal fashion then stretch member up with bungy round neck. Next, using same equip pull member between legs kind of like "fowfer" and attach bungy around waist(can sit on this).
3. for 10 mins still using bib, turnbuckle, and dowel..using my "bafow" routine(some of you may remember), turnbuckle attached to bib, dowel attached to turnbuckle, and dowel placed over knees(in seated position), and tighten turnbuckle to about 20lbs tension(dangerous be careful with this one..by the way I attribute the 3/8" gain in Jan and Feb to this routine).
4. variation on "V" stretch?, for 10 mins. using bib, bungy, and dowel...in seated position, place dowel on top of thighs, pull member over dowel, attach bungy to bib, then stretch by attaching bungy over foot. Alternate by placing dowel under legs, member under dowel and strectch bungy up and around neck.
5. finish of ritual with 30 mins. "fowfer".

Question for 7up and the other "V" Stretch experts, would step 4 above be a form of "V" stretch?

#4 is a "V" stretch IMO.
3/8" in 2 months??? KEWL

Wow! That is what is so great about this board. None of us is a real expert who has already learned it all. We are learning together. We piggyback on one another's ideas and create new combinations and forms. I say...go for it and let us know what you think. This is why feedback is so important. indeed,everyone gives their input no one is trying to be the boss and everybody benefits,i started v-hanging from sizemiester's idea then added my swinging trademark still under testflight but i did noticed a few things from swinging while doing a v-hang,more of the shaft is stretched from midway to the head this is something new i noticed.i can swing for 50swings/reps then release regrab recirculateblood in head 10secs tops, then start swinging again its like hitting the base midshaft and head and all is being stretched from this swinging motion most def. a hell of a workout fro me at least

Well done! I can see the mechanical advantages of the swing. (What about a gentle bounce with a shock cord and weight?) Added to that you employed sizemeister's weighted V stretch. You may have come up with a wickedly effective combination of methods. Give us a report. Keep brainstorming!

U KNOW THIS COULD BE A MORE EFFECTIVE WAY TO HANG COULD EVEN BE MORE SAFER GOT AN INSTANT RELEASE, CONTINOUS RECIRCULATING BLOOD,NO BIB NEEDED{WITH ALL DUE RESPECT TO BIB}ONLY SETBACK I SEE THUS FAR IS THE SHORT 10MIN SESSIONS REASON BEING IS I HAVE TO LET MY HANDS BREAK FROM THE GRIP,THE GRIP MAKES MY PALMS SORE BUT HEY I COULD SWING 6-10MIN SESIONS OR 4-15MINUTES,BUT ILL START WITH 3-10MIN SESSIONS ONE BEFORE EACH HANG SESSION
