What tribes practice penis enlargement?

Just curious I want to do a little reading on the tribes. If you know can you please name the tribe/people and what they call there technique?

The "Sadhu" tribe still practices penile enlargement I believe. You might find something with a web search, I don't know.

I have seen photos of the Sadhus (they are an Indian religious sect) hanging what look like heavy stone weights from their penises.

Ever see those National Geographic shows about New Guinea and wondered why the native men have those hollowed out gourds on their dicks? Well inside the gourd there is a string tied around the end of their penis to stretch it out.

This is what I found on a search of the Sadhu penis rituals. This is one of the 52 sites that came up on the search.

I searched for "jelq" and found 1,153 sites, all of which were websites selling/advertising PE products....none were sites that explained the ancient tribe that originated and passed down this method.

Anyway, did you also notice that Sadhu's dicks are small to normal? Did you notice the author said of the "dozens" he met, NONE had big dicks? This all bothers me, though I know the principle of hanging works. The evidence is still very anecdotal, and we had personal experiences posted where an islander living in the U.S. with a 7 inch hanger todl about PE practiced in a tribe (can't remember which island).

But, you'd think those Sadhus would have some long dongs in there today somewhere.

The Bible in Leviticus does have TWO direct references to Egyptians with horse sized dicks (flesh the size of donkeys) and copious amounts of cum (issue like a horse).

I beleive I read somewhere dont know exactly where of course...that the sadhu whatchamakalers hang those stones from thier dicks...BUT they do it for only SHORT amounts of time....something to do with a showing of strength/fertility?

Yeah the article said that they hang the stones to show their "power over" their sexual urges. By the way guys...these Sadhu's (holy men) are CELIBATE!! So they aren't planning on using the equipment. Even so, it made me hurt to see the guy with the 3 slabs of stone hanging!

I think phat is referring to the "Googaday" tribe and the stretcher they supposedly use. I think that story is still on Tom Hubbard's page somewhere in the section on stretchers.

Gentlemen, just to chime in on this one, I too have done a fairly exhuastive search for the origins of jelquing (or jelking, jelqing) and have never seen the word in association with anything other than penis enlargement sites. Never anything in an anthropological sense, cultural or physical. Maybe that's why it's advertised as an "ancient secret". I also wonder if the technique and efficacy of this technique has been somehow taken out of context and misinterpreted. As far as the penis gourds, I have some background in that subject matter, but have never heard of them being used as a penis enlargement tool. They are mainly of ceremonial significance within these tribes, at least according to the anthropologists that lived and studied these cultures. The gourds I've seen (and held) were pretty narrow and the string was actually worn like a waist strap if a I recall accurately. The physical behavior of the men wearing them is not the type of behavior conducive to injury free P.E.-the ceremonies are pretty lively and not a good scenario for "penile tension". groaboa628

The Sadhus do NOT practice enlargement. They hang exceedingly heavy weights for religious purposes. Their hanging actually DESTROYS their penises rendering them useless.

I don't know that there is much credibility to the legendary "Arabic" jelq method, 18 inch penises, etc. It probably did originate there, though. I think many of the rip-off pay PE sites are exploiting the lack of knowledge of the history and culture of that part of the world. If it were true you would think that it would be better documented than it is.

That being said, I'm not putting down jelq. Me and my extra 1-1/8" inches are glad to have found it!

In my studies, I've traced "milking" as far back as the 1960's. I couldn't find any accurate records of jelq pre-dating that. I personally believe that the "jelq" is an overrated exercise. Of course, there's a lot of jelq success stories, but these guys probably would have gained even more had they tried a variety of exercises.
