Just wondering how much you've experimented with different wraps and what you are currently using (as I am hanging at the moment). Anyone's input is welcome who hangs...

I use theraband (yellow). I cut three strips about two inches wide and 21 inches long. I wrap them around and around going as far as possible into the base. Then I use an ace bandage about 13 inches long and wrap it also as far to the base as possible.

Yes at once. I lay three strips on top of the other. So I have three strips of about 20 inches on top of each other and then use the ace bandage on top of that.

that's good to know. When I first ordered the theraband no one would tell me which color to get so I never knew which was best. The woman told me that yellow was the softest for the skin so I got it. I guess maybe the silver is somewhat thicker too.

Are you wrapping with ace bandage on top of theraband also?

I have since cut off some of the length of theraband. I now use about 16 inch strips. I also cut the width down. I had two inch strips which were too big. Now I have 1 and 1/2 inch strips. Also I cut down the ace bandage width to 1 and 1/2. This helps me prevent the head from falling into the wrap. I pull slightly on the head (a little) while keeping the skin back from the head towards the body and begin wrapping as close to the base as possible. Then as I wrap around I pull out the penis from the base and keep wrapping. I do the same with the ace bandage. This gives me some extra room to deal with and I can place the hanger farther from away from the head. Hope that helps.

How tight do you wrap it wiht your Theraband? Do you allow blood flow when you wrap it? I always have problem with the wrapping. If it is too loose, it slips toward the head. I am afraid if it is too tight, the discoloration might happen. Does anyone know what the problem is when shin is tighter than lig inside during hanging? what should I focus on? Thanks.

I wrap snug but not tight. I have no idea what your question is. If you want then re-write it cause it does not make any sence to me at all. Shin is tighter than lig?

I'm a theraband "vigin." I've never used it. Bib is cutting me the correct size strips after I bought him some. I can't wait to try it.

To date I have used a long strip of ACE bandage. That's all.

Does anyone know what the problem is when the skin is tighter then lig inside the hanger?

Man I understand the words but have no idea what you are saying.

Do you mean that you feel a strech in the skin but not in the ligs?

If so that is because you need to pull out some of the skin from underneath the hanger before you tighten it. Otherwise restate again.
