I dont know what it is, mabey im jelqing to much or somthing, but its harder to get erections, and be stimulated. (im only 18) I get only partial erections, unless i masturbate for a while, no full hard ons right of the bat. Should I rest a bit more or somthing. I generally jelq every day, except sunday, tues day, but sometimes then too. I just find it doesnt shoot up like it used to, perhaps jelqing has conditiond my mind to not get full erections or somthing...Anyone want to add to this or explain how to get erections back? I think i've looked at too much porn too, doesnt have the same impact. its really bugging me. Thanks

try taking 3 days off and see what happens.

you may be over stressing some errectile tissue, and, unless there is some permanent damage, which I doubt, your member should recover in about 3 days.

Hightailjoe, I'm glad you posted your question, because me too, I noticed that since I started jelquing my erections became "slower", that is,it takes some more time and stimulation to achieve full erection than before (used to get instant full erections without even touching it). I realize now that I may be overdoing it, as BonaBona said; have been practicing six days a week for the last 24 days (started on 5.5.01).
Hightailjoe let us know if you followed BonaBona's advice and did this help.
Are there other guys out there with the same problem?
Could use some advice here: should I jelq every other day instead of everyday? Tell me what do you think.

The wisdom of most experienced guys here is not to jelq every day. Many guys jelq one day, then take the next day off. Or, jelq for three days, take two off. Your cock is probably too sore and tired to get erect. I seems to be that those who take frequent rest days also have the best gains :)

As for the porn thing, I know what you mean. Once you've seen everything, it gets a little boring. Time to find a girlfriend or some really kinky shit.

Thanks, Kiwi for the tip. I follow Reece's program, and he clearly perscribes a 5-6 days per week routine. Anyway,working less and gaining more sounds real good so I'll take the advice and switch to alternate days workout starting tomorrow.

as you may have read in other posts, I have been experimenting with two 15 minute routines a day, 5 days a week.

one of the major benifits, (and remember I'm 52 so I can't pop a hard on on demand like you young guys) is that I am really up for sex in the evenings, immediately after my workout, in fact it seems to enhance sex.

Previously if I went 40 minutes plus, I could not get a good hard on for several hours after, which pretty much precluded sex if the session was in the evening.

the jury is still out as to whether 15 minute sessions are sufficient to promote any substantial gains.

Im 18, and dont wanna go out and buy some lysine and then have to answer the question from my dad, what the hell is this for, u dont need this blah blah blah...Anyhow, where can I get it naturally, like what foods is it abundent in? Or do I have this completly screwed up because its an amino acid?

Hightail, just go get an amino complex powder that has a full load of the "essential" (called this because the body can not make its own, and must be taken in as food/supplement) and "non-essential" (well, they're actually all needed, but it is called this because the body can produce them) aminos. Start working out if you don't already and tell your dad it is protein to help your body repair and build muscle (just don't say the love muscle).

Hightailjoe I have noticed the same thing as you since my "PE inception" in regards to not being able to just pop up with a rock hard E on command whenever the wind blows as I used to. I don't look at porn at all and won't consider that as an option (dude in my opinion it will seriously jack you up). Anyway, I do 5 days on (sometimes 4) and 2 off and about 45-60 minutes sessions. Perhaps we are doing too much PE and not taking enough rest. Any suggestions anyone?

If you ate pizza four days running (and I LOVE pizza), would you feel like it on the fifth? I guess you could call it desensitize. Perhaps I have a different opinion about it than many other guys (or perhaps not I don't know) but I think porn can detrimentally affect several aspects of your whole person. Especially psychologically. I'm not trying to tell you what to do or even suggest it so take it for what it's worth. I don't want to get into too much detail here so perhaps I will start a posting in another section.

I too have the same problem about needing more stimulation to get fully erect. Perhaps it is from watching so much porn (guess I need to cut down on it). However, once I'm hard, I can literally last for hours and can indeed shoot like like a porn star. Being really strict not to ejaculate after each PE session is the way to go, but is difficult for a penis obsessed guy like me after such penis centred activity.

But if I manage to restrain myself , the feeling of fullness in my cock next day, and its presence in my pants is really wonderful, not to mention how great it is next time I have sex.

It's also important to be able to get a (near) full erection for pumping at the next PE session , and that won't happen if I'm all "wanked out" each day or so.
