Ordered Reece's site a few months ago, Anyway he claims that doing kegels will increase your sensation, intensify orgasms, make you last for hours, become multi-orgasmc, developement of a a muscular looking penis. OHH come on sounds like BS to me, am I right???

i think he may be over selling the benifits in some ways, but think about this, wanna be wearing diapers when your 75, if not, start kegeling now. everything I have read on the subject agrees in way or another that kegels are good for you.

Since I started kegelling my orgasms have become much more intense, and I also tend to shoot a bit longer.

I did notice some benefit though, after I piss less seems to drip into my underwear....

Kegels are great for you, they are not the answer to every sex problem but they are good for you I'm 37 I noticed before I started 6 months ago with kegels I was starting to have to get up to take a pee at nite i couldn't make it pass 6 am but now on the weekend I don't have to go to about 9. Also it really helps with rock hard-hard on's, when me and the wife are fooling around I can make my dick jump inside her from the kegels my muscle is really strong. It has also helped me hold back a little maybe just an extra 60 seconds when I'm comming it don't sound like a lot but that extra time is the difference of your partner getting off with you. Some guys can stop them self's from comming until they are ready thats what I'm shooting for.
