BIB, i talked to you on your personal email and you told me to repost my questions here so others could read them. well, here goes.
1)is there any way to estimate growth potential?
2) i have heard that when lengthening that this weakens the ligs and girth loss is possible, so you would get length but lose girth? Any merit or truth to this? Would hate to gain length at the expense of girth
3) Also any plans to sell your bib hanger ? Would love to buy one, IMMEDIATELY!! if not could you redirect me to info on how to build one and use it? i want one now and am ready to seriously start hanging
4) You said in an earlier post you could have got the same results in half the time and that you kinda went overboard once you saw results. What type of program/schedule do u reccomend for best and quickest results?
5) What were your starting flaccid measurements and what are your flaccid measurements today? I am interested in gaining flaccid size as well as erect size. And do you reccomend differenet routines exercises accordingly or do most exercises increase both flaccid and erect size?
6) When you did your hanging did you use your bib type hanger that yuo made or did you use some other hanger? explain. also what did you use for weight? and what weight do you reccomend to start at?
I also work at home and have lots of free time . Looking forward to BIB type gains!
thanks for all your help- the new guy

BIB-you're a golden god in the world of pe!
Guys,
Can anyone answer #4? Did Bib say he could have had the same growth in half the time? If so, was that in reference to his new hanger? I missed that one obviously. Stickman, you need to read Bib's post entitled "Growth" in FAQ for Newbies. It will answer many of your questions.

one more question what weight should one start hanging at and when should you move up?
BBS,
1) No way I know of to estimate growth potential. I think the thing about where the penis exits the body, whether high or low, is relevant. The closer to the anus, the less potential gain. The further from the anus, the more potential gain.
2) Totally false. First, the premise is wrong, you do not lose girth when gaining length. Never heard of one case. Second the ligs have nothing directly to do with girth.
3) Snuck this one in. Yes, I am going to sell them. The instructions to make a simple or modified hanger are in the personal routines section.
4)Yes, I believe I could have received the same results in less time. Once you reach the point of total fatigue, there is little benefit in continuing that session. Then I believe there is little benefit in starting another session (next day)until fairly recovered from the previous session. This may take six hours or twelve hours or twenty-four, or forty eight hours.
Fairly recovered means that the soreness from the previous session is greatly reduced. This varies according to individual and session. Usually, I could recover within hours (a nights sleep).
If you are in an 'electric period', you should hang for as much as you can until you have to reduce your max weight by half. I would consider that total fatigue. If there is any pain, stop. If the discomfort is too great, stop or reduce weight.
5) Starting flaccid, I was: stretched six inches, non-stretched maybe 1.5-2. Now, stretched flaccid I am 11.5, non-stretched usually six. I think most exercises will increase both flaccid and erect. Usually flaccid increases first and most, and erect follows.
6) I started with the loop, then developed the simple hanger, then modified and on and on. I used maybe fifty different models during 2.5 years. As time went on, the models became more and more complicated.
I have always used weight plates; 1 lb., 2.5 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb., 25 lb. You can get about any weight needed with these.
Start with milking and manual stretch. Then, if you want to hang, start at two pounds. If you feel nothing, you can move up until you do feel something, start the actual stretch. Move up only 1 lb. per week if needed. Do not move up if you still feel the stretch and current weight gives the sore, worked out feeling.
You may have different weight maximums at different stretch angles. Also, you should have to reduce weight due to discomfort during sessions, or day to day. This is normal. It means you are making progress.

hey bib-man just a couple of more q's
1) when will your hangers be available? I'm anxious to start hanging?
2)what do u mean by electric period?
3)when you give your stretched lengths u mean with the hanger on correct?
4)you said "then if you want to hang, start at two pounds. if you feel nothing, you can move up until you do feel something, start the actual strecth."
So when one hangs do you also try to strech out your stick or am i misunderstanding this? i was under the impression that hanging was jsut hanging
thanks
again i'm extremely interested in purchasing a hangar ASAP. not really interested in making one. would feel more comfortable leaving that up to the experts.
bbb
bbs,
The hangers will be ready very soon. I have made several 'production' models which are being tested. There have been some minor problems. The biggest problem has been with the post office with one non-delivery, and one damaged in shipment.
When the penis has been stressed to a certain point, you may get a feeling along the shaft similar to the feeling of hitting your funny bone, or the feeling of additional stimulation after orgasm. Generally, you have to reduce weight or even stop hanging. Depends on the severity. I and others have realized good gains within a couple weeks of one of these episodes. They may last for hours, or a day or two.
My stretched lengths are without a hanger. Grasp by the head and pull straight out.
No. What I meant was, depending on the individual, one lb. may not stretch the penis at all. Five lbs. may not. You have to move up in weight until you actually feel a stretch.
