Hey what do you think about the combo of arginine and Ornithine? It is put together in the same pill because I guess it does similar things. Anyway, at the levels you are suggesting it sounds like just strait arginine is best. Do you have an opinion on it?

That's what I do, blended in one cap......usually twice the Arginine as Orthinine.

That's what you want, in addition to Gultamine, and Tyrosine if you want to go all out.

If you find some GHB, let me know. It's the best but illegal now.

i've been chacking in on this forum for i'd guess about 9 months at this point but i don't post all that often. i'm not sure if i've had any discussions directly with either of you but in any case i would like to thank the two of you for your ongoing discourse as it is always extremely informative and educational.

Well I appreciate that comment. Yes Phat and I crossed paths here on the board a few times over the past year, but for some reason he took interest in my case several months ago. Probably cause he saw how hard I was trying and still not growing. I would like to think it is also cause I am very sincere and honest about my PE and also willing to help others. At any rate his advice really helped me turn around my hanging, and I guess my questions prompted him to clarify his positions. I am glad they were helpful to you. It is true those threads are pretty informative and all hangers should really read them.
