What did your routine consist of?
How long did you jelq in a single session and how many times a week, how many rest days in a week, how many consecutive sessions without rest, etc? Did you do hanging, jelquing, stretching? Do you feel jelquing increases length too and not just girth? How long did it take for you to see your first gains from jelquing (i.e. jelquing alone not pumping)? Also you mentioned that an ideal session consists of 45 minutes jelquing, is this at mild intensity (i.e. slow hard jelqs) or moderate intensity? Thanks.

I jelqed for average or 60 minutes, 4-5 days per week, 2on-1 off. Started the sessions with a quick light stroke, by the end of the session the strokes are quite slow and firm. I tried hanging for a whle, but I got injured.
As far as PE exercises go, I am convinced that jelq gave me the most results with the least injuries.
Jelqing increased L and G, but increases in L were more significant (for me anyway).
Flaccid gains were prominent the after 3-4 weeks. The erect gains were noticable after about 2-3 months.

Don't forget every mans body(cock)is different. You have to find out what works best for you. I got my results with determination, tenacity and trial and error. Hearing womens comments when I drop my drawers made all that hard work very worth while :o)
