View Full Version : Anyone use Hydroxycut
Has anyone tried using Hydroxycut? I wanted to know how long you were on it and what type of results you obtained. Any suggestions, tips, etc?

i have never tried it but thats because its a muscle tech product and i dont buy anything from them. I cant stand it when companies make outraeous claims like they did with cell tech. But looking at the ingredients i wouldnt use it anyway. I would prefer xenadrine or biotest T2 & MD6.
But theres always a chance that hydroxy will work wonders for you and the others wont be as effective. Everyone is different. But looking at the label I would try something else.
Also if you do decide to use a thermo, start with the lowest dose and build up unless you want to shake like a horse in a glue factory.
Good Luck

yes i use hydroxycut i've only been using it about a week or so and i can tell its working.after using it for 6 days i took .8% off my body fat percent. that means if i use it for a month i lose 3.2% body fat which will take me down to 6.3%
p.s another product that works great is ZMA it's proven to increase strength by 250% and T-Levels by 30%
Mr.Olympia Ronnie Colmen uses it
and it's also great for losing body fat percent
it's just like creatine except you keep the strength after you quit using it..........
P.s don't forget your multi-vitimin keeps your metabolic levels even for when you lose nutrients during working out...
Hey guys thanks for your comments. I wanted to compare your results to mine. I have been using it for 11 weeks and will be going off of it for one month before resuming. I've seen pretty good results from taking this; dropped from 12% to 8.5%. While taking Hydroxycut I did not really watch my diet but I worked out 6x/week doing some very intense cardio exercises along with some weight lifting so this probably helped with losing my fat. My goal was to lose that last thin layer of fat around my waist. Like most of you I found this the hardest thing to finally shake off even if you watch your diet. Well hopefully when I resume using it, I will get to where I want to be.
Anyway keep those experiences, advice coming. Still interested from hearing from any other guys who use it.
Cheers,

Hey SFVPumper and InfamousK,
Since you've made such good results with the stuff, would you please tell me some about it - how it works, is it safe etc.
Me too, I have this annoying layer of fat around the waist that I want to loose and seems with exercise/diet alone it's gonna take ages to acomplish...Is Hydroxycyt THE answear ?
Thanks
WB
There's a recommended dosage on the back of the bottle. I don't know if this is the answer for everyone but I've benefited from it. It took about 8-10 weeks before I began to saw any types of results. I think this is due to the fact that I started out without too much fat; just a bit around my waist that I wanted to get rid of. Be aware of the fact that in the beginning your heart rate will increase by quite a bit. If this scares you then you can lower the dosage and start slowly. If you have health problems, you should consult your doctor before using this. You'll find that you'll have a lot of energy and you won't crave much food.
Well I am taking my month break from it and will resume taking this again for another cycle and then I don't think I'll need it anymore.
I hope this helps. Cheers................

SFVP,
I am hesitant to take something that I don't exactly understand what it does (mechanism of work inside the body), the ads don't explain it so either I'll do some research to ease my mind or try harder with working out/exercise/diet.
Glad it works so well for you, wish you'll achieve your final goal after the break!
Thanks for your answear.

Hi all,
Started to use this again and it's been a 2 weeks now and making awesome progress. Some of the guys at my gym have noticed a difference in my body. It burns fat but you must determine the right dosage by trial and error. I am not following the prescribed schedule this time around; rather I reduced the dosage to 2 supplements each meal and depending on how I feel I sometimes skip the lunch supplements. Just thought I give you an update.
Cheers,
