I wasa reading a post that in wich you said you weight loss helped you out. I too am trying to lose weight and I was wondering if there was an exercise the would work the area around the pubic bone that I don't know of. Also can you tell me how much you lost and over what interval of time it took. I was wondering because I am trying to lose a large amount of weight.

Around the pubic bone are your lower abs. You can lie on your back and do leg raises. However, since you're looking to lose a lot of weight, you're going to have to do a good deal more than that, as I'm sure you already know. Do leg raises in addition to whatever else you're doing though, and you should be able to tone up those lower abs.
