Muscles need rest to grow, I know that. But would it hurt if I do cardiovascular activity everyday? Would that damage my body? My legs are strong and don't get tired after a bike ride (the only thing that hurts is my ass... lol).

The more intense your cardio workouts are the less you can do them. There are a lot of factors when it comes to how much cardio you can or should do.

If you are gonna be in a bodybuilding contest you have to do it everyday and probably numerous times each day.

If all you are gonna do is a bike ride, you probably can do that everyday provided you don't go uphill too much and you aren't too intense and you don't do ride too many miles.

Basically, just listen to your body, it has a better answer than me.
