Is it the heart rate or the activity one is doing for a time period, like for example running and cycling?
I have been succesfull with weight loss... from 108 kg to 90 kg and my upper abs are actually starting to show a little.
I have been weight training for almost 15 years and training people for 3 years.
In my experience the best way to get lean is to cut calories and carbs, while maintaining a high protein/moderate fat diet.
Also, aerobic exercise (cardio) done in the morning, on an empty stomach will burn more fat than if you did cardio later in the day. I have done it this way myself and my clients--believe me, it works!
My main obsession in life (besides PE) is bodybuilding, but I hardly ever read this part of the forum, let alone post in it. I think I'll start coming here regularly.
