View Full Version : really need some help..
i have a problem im 16 ive been slim all my life im now 6ft4 and about 157pounds i think im too skinny im not fat at all its all muscle, what do i do eat loads of carbs? please help.lee
Just what it sounds like. try and start counting calories. for the next like 2-3 weeks eat in calories 12 times your bodyweight + 1500 so for you roughly 3384. do not worry about over eating (thats the point). with this though you also have to lift about 3 - 4 times a week. dont do the same muscles 2 days in a row and you want to lift HEAVY. sets of 3 5-7 reps. You also want to get a protien supplament if you dont have one already. I hope that somewhere in this mindless rambling you get something
peace.

I would say the easiest thing to do is go to a search engine and look up bodybuilding diets.cyberpump.com is a good website with info on nutrition, weightlifting etc. Most importantly if you do lift weights do it safely and on some of the exercises(benchpress, squats)make sure you have a partner. Also 6'4 at only 16 is huge.Do you play sports and do you drink milk take vitamins, drink water etc.
hi,im not 6ft4 no more i checked today i now stand 6ft5:(,i like being tall its just my hight,i just cant seem to gain weight,as for sports yeah im a boxer and i play Basket ball, hope you can help.lee

6'5 at 16,you would probably be the tallest person at out schoo.Did you chech out the website cyberpump.com
,if you go there you will find different sections.Go to the page that says question and answers then they will give you a list of things to choose from.go to where is says questions for hardgainers and that should put you off to a good start. Also when you start your diet dont expect to gain 20 pounds in a month or 2.this will be unlikely unless it is mainly fat or you have great genetics. You should expect to gain anywhere from 1/2pnd to 2 pnds of weight a week. This will add up after a few months though. Also dont beleive all the hype about steroids and supplements.the only ones that will probably do you anygood are protein powders and drinks and creatine. If you need anymore help ask but chech out the site first at cyberpump.com
yeah i did think about taking steroids, but i read up on then and the stuff they do to you well i just aint risking it,im going to that site now.lee
Well heh good to see someone had the same problem i used to have. Im 19 now and im 6'4 if nto 6;5 now and 205lbs. I always had a problem gaing weight and there was times where i was 190lbs and looked like 160lbs. I eat way more than anyone and i never gained anything. I just kept eating eating and then started to lift alot and it caught up. I think your going to gain alot of weight when your older. It just naturally happens that way to some people. You fill out later like idid. I have gained most of my mass in the last year and have gained about 20lbs this year alone. and i still have that very cut built look. Now that the mass is added on, i look big. See if someone can help my problem too:
I have been encountered with a friend who is going to start taking steriods starting
next week. Myself being a super athlete for ice hockey at 6'4 205lbs, dotn want to brag but yes i have been recruited and scouted by many Division 1 schools and also
was drafted into the USHL this year. One thing im always told is the size i have is a
gift but i need to gain more mass and strength. Im not saying im week cuz im not. One thing i hat ebaout my body is my chest. My arms are big and cut and my
stomach is ripped with a 6 pack. My chest is just like nothing. Even working out for
awhile. So lately i been thinking abou tmy friend going on roids. I also know someone
who did for a one month cycle and damn he looks good. If any of you have or know someone that did that also and have comments or suggestion about is it worth it for one month and to help me gets everything i want and need. I lift alot but nothign going on in the chest area.

too whorewar, easily put you dont have good genetics for chest muscles. It sounds like you have gained a good amount of muscle and have good physique.I have a good idea for you.Eat lots of protein but only workout your chest.Buy doing this most of the amino acids will go for repairing your chest muscles and you could have some good gains. Also make sure to eat alot of carbs so you body wont use the protein for its energy source.
