I weigh 140 pounds and I would like to put more weight on. I have been doing weight traninig and everyone says to eat a lot of protein. I dont have a large appetite so I
was wondering how much and of what I should be eating. I am also wondering if protein supplements are recomended and If there are any that dont taste like crap. Any advice would be appreciated.
