View Full Version : Incorporating Protein Into Diet?

I weigh 140 pounds and I would like to put more weight on. I have been doing weight traninig and everyone says to eat a lot of protein. I dont have a large appetite so I
was wondering how much and of what I should be eating. I am also wondering if protein supplements are recomended and If there are any that dont taste like crap. Any advice would be appreciated.

This depends on many things such as your current diet metabolism and exercise regimen. In general, you might consider one of the complete protien shake like myoplex or metrx. They are both reputable! Try to incorporate at least one or two per day preferable post workout.
