I tried them and they seem to work great. I could do 10! Yay! But, one question. Did not Superman fly with one arm out and one arm close to his body? Or maybe it was that Mighty Mouse...

Since I didn't invent these pushups I can't shed any light on the name. I gave up comic books years ago. If you can do ten without the aid of the phone books you are in pretty good shape. Try holding each pushup as long as you can to make the exercise more difficult.
