I have been encountered with a friend who is going to start taking steriods starting next week. Myself being a super athlete for ice hockey at 6'4 205lbs, dotn want to brag but yes i have been recruited and scouted by many Division 1 schools and also was drafted into the USHL this year. One thing im always told is the size i have is a gift but i need to gain more mass and strength. Im not saying im week cuz im not. One thing i hat ebaout my body is my chest. My arms are big and cut and my stomach is ripped with a 6 pack. My chest is just like nothing. Even working out for awhile. So lately i been thinking abou tmy friend going on roids. I also know someone who did for a one month cycle and damn he looks good. If any of you have or know someone that did that also and have comments or suggestion about is it worth it for one month and to help me gets everything i want and need. I lift alot but nothign going on in the chest area.

Face it, if you make significant gains on steroids you're going to lose them when you come off the roids, I doubt you'd be able to take the loss, and then you'd probably become addicted to them(psychologically).

Also, if one body part is lagging as badly as you indicate, and you use steroids to kick it into growth, you could be setting yourself up for an injury(the body actually slows down growth if bodyparts are weak, the quads will reach a plateau if the hamstrings aren't being worked). With that said, forget the steroids until you really need them, and read this article:

www.testosterone.net/html/52balan.html (http://www.testosterone.net/html/52balan.html)

It's actually about an ice-hockey player, and his bench-press is his weak point, is that a coincidence or what? It's also written by one of the best strength coaches anywhere.

Read the rest of the site here:

www.testosterone.net/ (http://www.testosterone.net/)

It's jam-packed with information on everything from steroids(properly used, they're not as dangerous as everyone thinks) to smarts. Don't forget to look over the previous issues and maybe use the search engine to find some things.
