If you like weightlifting, you need to visit this board. I started lifting seriously about 3 weeks ago and all the stuff i know i learned from this board. The people there support each other and help each other out just like here. The Ultimate Iron is to weightlifting what the PE board is to penis enlargement. I got great gains after 3 weeks of weightlifting. I gained a good 15lbs or more on all of my lifts.
Gotta love these boards. I will be sporting a 9 inch penis with a ripped body thanks to these two forums.
