any other trainers in here have them. mine are real deep and purple and it sucks i almost wish i had never started training....rather be less built than look like frankenstein. i tried a cream with vitamin e and aloe off the internet called barmon and it seemed to work a little but not as much as i had hoped it would. anyone know of anything else that may work. i heard retinol cream works. thinking about seeing a doctor for it. thanks

Cocoa butter, and tanning.

Those work the best.

I got them on my pecs delts sides one on my stomach all over the upper and lower legs and i was never obese i just grew real fast. i dont mind them i put on creams and stuff like that but they didnt really work i noticed that if u lose a little fat they seem to go away but they are there for good the purple color does fade though.

if you do a lot of strenuous exercise for the first time, stretch marks are bound to happen. At bally's they installed a new modified lat pulldown machine. It felt so good that i did like 8 sets of it. When i got home my shoulders were covered in stretch marks. They were literally covered.

It also seems like the really thin people tend to get them more than people with a little fat around their muscles.
