Eat 1.5-2grams of protein per lb of lean body mass. Avoid sugar but consume 400+ grams of carbs. Oh yeah and work out too.
Consume more calories than you burn, try to get 8-9 hours of sleep each night, try weight gain powder that packs three times as many carbs than protein. Weight gain powders are ideal for mass seeking individuals.
