Is it OK to do cardio-vascular workout every day? I'm thinking about bicycling every day to get in shape as fast as possible for the coming autumn. I hate the summer, everything gets so irregular, especially if you live at home.

I know this usually varies from person to person, but in general, can I workout everyday?

My abs will need some workout too, how often can I work them out?

If you got som good exercises that one can do at home, please give me some tips, as I can't afford going to the gym (thanks to companies that won't give youngsters like me a job). I already know about superman pushups. So could you give me some good total body workout exercises to do at home? Links or so are much appreciated.
