Anyone out there trying it? I've been using Trib and ZMA for about a week. I do feel a mild but noticeable difference in my workout aggressiveness and in my explosiveness.

I have been taking the ZMA stack every night before bed - can't say whether or not I notice a difference in my workouts, but I do think it is a healthy supplement. Tribulus: I just took a Tribulus cycle and had far better results that I had expected. I used Tribex 500 from Biotest - great product, and I am a true skeptic when it comes to supplements. The tribulus made me feel really hard and helped to maintain hard earned muscle while dieting down to 220 lbs. About 2 years ago I took tribulus and hated it - I really think ithas to do with the manufacturer. Hope this helps - Conan

The Trib and ZMA that I'm using is from Twinlab. Have you tried their versions?

Have not tried Twinlab's version, but do trust Twinlab products (love their multi vit/min). I have been impressed by Biotest trib - of course, I searched online to find it as cheap as possible (along with Nature's Best Isopure whey protein). My latest supplement test is with Arginine HCL (not L-Arginine) Have any of you guys used this? I like Arginine for PE reasons and follow the Life Extensionist's recommendation on dosage amounts.
I have been taking zma and trihimbulus (a mix of yohimbe and tribulus from gnc) for about a month now and i feel a slight difference in the weight room. Ive added more power and i seem to fatigue less easily. But this may all be mental. Ive gone from doing bench press sets of 150 to 185 in about 3 weeks also from 3x5 pullups to 3x9. overall i am pleased with tribulus and zma. oh and all of my supplements are gnc brand (the prices are lower compared to other brands)
