A technique I made is lay on your back while lifting your sholders and legs 4-6 inches off the ground and hold it there for one minute. Rest one minute, then repeat. Do this for as long as you can, then stop. This excersise probably builds muscle more than it burns fat. When you lift the legs, you should feel the bottom part of your stomach tighten. When you lift the sholders, you should feel the top part of your stomach tighten. If you don't feel anything then you're not doing it right.

I started the ab routines about 8 months ago. Using traditional exersizes and the Swiss ball stuff(which works),,, now I am pretty taught in upper and lower ab area, but not much in between--mid section. Is this just a question of more time or in series or am I doing something wrong. Read that abs are abs, not lowere or upper--wondering?
Try doing a weight training prohram and then do some type of aerobic activity afterwards like running, walking, swimming, biclycling etc. this is how u will see your abs. Also try changing your diet i personally opt for ketogenic type diets, they are the best diets i have ever been on u will lose alot of fat in a month if u do it right go to www.t-mag.com and go to the search just type in diet manifesto in the search and click on it and u will see the diff types of goosd diets they have.
