If you have could you tell me how long you did it and what were your results?
Also your weight and how many calories you took in.Thanks.
Are u talking about the diet that is in the EAS supplement book by Bill Phillips? If you are I have done the diet and it works extremely well. During the bulking phase I gained alot of mass and strength. The cutting up phase was hard for me but u just gotta tough it out. My weight when i did it was probably 195lbs. During the bulking part I didnt keep track of my calories I just ate everything in site( the recomended amount is 4000 calories i think) andduring the cutting up phase its about 2000 or less i cant remember. Just goto www.EAS.com they used to have the program on that site I dont know if they still do or not. If its not there try the muscle media 2000 website(its the magazine owned by eas).

I did a modified version of the abcde diet which works much better then the original. Teo weeks of bulkn then two weeks of cutting doesnt even out u will gain ore fat then anything on this diet. If u wanna trya good doet go to www.Testosterone.net in the lil search engine type diet manifesto they have a whole shit load of diets u could try.

AGREED! Testosterone.net is the best info on the net today (IMHO) EAS is more mainstream now - after years of being hardcore. Plus, FYI - those new low carb bars they put out... well, I was in my supp store to buy a new box (EAS states that each bar has only three grams of carbs per bar) well, the owner of the store who sells crap loads of these bars told me that some of his own guys did the math and that they are not counting carbs correctly - theyhave about 15 grams per bar (not counting sugar alcohol???).
Go to Testosterone.net and search for the T-Dawg Diet
Good Luck man!
I probably gained about 2-3 pounds of muscle and about the same in fat and it didnt seem to even itself out in the cutting phase. I wasnt taking any metabolic enhancers though so u might wanna try them while cutting up. This program is more for people that cant afford to buy alot of body building supplements, so if u dont have money to spend on supplments use this program.
