Any you guys tried this protein and creatine, I heard it's supposed to be one of the best. Kind of expensive though. I started
taking nitro a couple days ago and I find it tastes better then some other proteins ive tried.

Hi for what its worth at the age of 45 and 30 years of training i have tried all sorts of supplements. They must make a hell of a lot of profit on those products they are heavily advertised in a certain magazine because that mag. has an "interest " in it .Basically muscle mag int. is part of muscletech and is just an advertising tool. save your money take 100grams a day of a normal whey protein it can be concentrate not isolate if you cant afford it. Look for the cheapest product you can in england i have found a company that supplies 3kg of isolate for £42 a great price. Good luck

Not worth it. I use optimum nutrition's 100% Whey. $30 for 22g. * 80 servings.
