View Full Version : Confused, a little help appreciated

I'm partially confused between the jelq and the uli, because to me they seem exactly the same except that the uli starts in the middle of the shaft instead of at the end.

I'm also curious about the technique of the jelq excercise as well as the stretching. You start with the thumb and forefinger at the base of the shaft and move up to the head, at this point, do you stop before the head or actually go on up to the tip of the penis?

As for the stretching techniques, you grab the head and pull? How do you do this for 10 minutes? I'm inspired by Yguy's results and that he doesn't do the uli, which may benefit me b/c of my ignorance.

As for milking/jelqing, what if my pubic hair is a bit long, which tugs if I pull, although I haven't done it with lubrication, nor started the excercises yet. But when fully lubed when they get in the way will it be a problem? I was contemplating just going 100% smooth all around until I get the results that I'm looking for.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated in advance, thanks.

If you read the original post about the uli, then I can see how you would be a little confused. The Uli started out as step 3 of Ulistretch's jelqing routine (hence we call it Uli #3 or just Uli). What distinguishes the uli from regular jelqing is that with the uli, typically one will start out more engorged and grip the shaft tighter. More blood will be trapped in the part of the shaft in front of your hand, and instead of stroking the entire shaft, keep your grip tight and move your hand toward the head until it has reached maximum engorgement. You don't want to release the trapped blood. You may only be able to move it an inch or so.

You definately don't want to start off with exercise if you've never done PE before. It is quite dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. IMHO, once you've gotten some experience and know how your body is going to respond to PE, I think this exercise is best performed as part of an overall jelqing routine.

I think most people stop when they reach the head, and do not go on to the tip of the penis. If you're looking for head gains, stop when you get to the head.

This is a little harder to get the hang of, IMO. You want to be sure that your dick is clean and dry (no residue from jelq lube, etc.). A little baby powder in your hands and around your circ scar does wonders for your grip. I personally find that if I do a quick kegel or something to swell my head a little (not much), I can quickly grab behind the head and have a good grip for 5-10 minutes. Other techniques include using a towel or sock to grab your head with or using hair gel or something sticky.
As for milking/jelqing, what if my pubic hair is a bit long, which tugs if I pull, although I haven't done it with lubrication, nor started the excercises yet. Your pubes will get in the way. You need to trim them. If you're worried about someone noticing a sudden change in pubic grooming, just trim up around the base. Otherwise, they'll get in the way and wlll likely irritate your skin from all the friction from jelqing (even with lube).

Hope this helps,
